About The Position

We are Indeed Flex. We Help People Get Jobs. Right now, we’re hiring! The current staffing model is broken, with low wages and limited opportunities. As flexible work continues to grow, we’re taking a radically different approach: providing job seekers with control, ownership and choice, so employees can find the working patterns and scenarios to suit their lifestyles. In doing so, we aim to revolutionise the industry. After demonstrating our approach throughout the UK under the Syft brand, we were acquired by Indeed.com in 2019 and we rebranded to Indeed Flex in 2020. With continued independence and phenomenal levels of support we’ve been able to accelerate our mission as we expand throughout the US as well as the UK. Fast growth creates tremendous opportunities - come and join a team of inquisitive, passionate, and driven individuals helping each other grow and building something meaningful! Main Purpose This is a build-and-scale role for a senior B2B marketer seeking ownership, impact, and true commercial accountability. As Senior Demand Generation Manager, you will design, launch, and scale the US demand engine—taking ideas from concept to measurable pipeline and revenue impact. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and growth, and is ideal for a builder who thrives in high-momentum environments. You’ll shape foundational frameworks, test and learn rapidly, and turn early signals into repeatable growth. You’ll own the transition from planning to live execution and play a defining role in expanding Indeed Flex’s enterprise footprint across the US. This position is located onsite in Austin, TX (at The Domain), five days per week, with the option to work from home on Thursdays.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in B2B Demand Generation, ideally within high-growth or scale-up environments
  • Builder Mindset: Proven track record of taking strategy from a slide deck to a live, scalable, automated demand engine
  • Relationship Builder: Excellent stakeholder management skills; confident, vocal, and credible with senior partners
  • Technical Depth: Hands-on expertise in HubSpot and Salesforce—you build workflows yourself, not just brief others
  • Commercial Instinct: Comfortable owning a revenue number, making smart trade-offs, and prioritising for impact
  • Persistence & Grit: Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, learn from failure, and find a way forward
  • High Curiosity: Deep interest in buyer behaviour and how marketing technology drives sustainable growth

Responsibilities

  • Design and launch a global ABM framework, including account selection, HubSpot-based nurturing, and tightly sales-aligned workflows
  • Partner closely with Strategy and RevOps to ensure strong execution and scalable, repeatable foundations
  • Plan, launch, and optimise paid media across Google Ads and LinkedIn, spanning both top-of-funnel and bottom-of-funnel campaigns
  • Leverage direct mail and events by collaborating with events managers to deliver integrated, multi-channel campaign strategies
  • Build processes where they don’t yet exist and continuously refine them as the engine scales
  • Diagnose underperforming or stalled campaigns quickly and drive corrective action
  • Implement and manage lead scoring, lifecycle stages, and attribution models across HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Ensure clear, reliable visibility into marketing performance, spend, and impact
  • Ensure content is built to perform, not just exist
  • Translate thought leadership, product narratives, and insights into high-converting lead magnets, outreach sequences, and ABM assets
  • Work seamlessly with specialist teams (digital, brand, content, product marketing) to drive executional excellence
  • Build strong working relationships that balance speed, quality, and scalability
  • Act as a strategic peer to Sales
  • Set clear expectations on lead quality while equipping sales teams with the assets, messaging, and narratives needed to close enterprise deals

Benefits

  • $110,000 - $130,000 salary per annum
  • Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401K
  • Performance-based bonus totaling 12% of annual salary
  • Access to Company & Employee Benefits
  • 25 days PTO (prorated) + Birthday Off
  • 8 Paid Holidays
  • Duvet days (½ day off every quarter)
  • Volunteer days
