This is a senior‑level, hybrid Client Insights role supporting PepsiCo Foods US (preferably located in Plano, TX or Purchase, NY), with a dedicated focus on the Sabra Dips portfolio. You’ll serve as the primary insights partner for the client, using data and analytics to answer business questions, uncover the “why” behind performance, and guide decision‑making. This role is an individual contributor with no people management responsibilities, but it requires strong client presence and the ability to operate as a trusted advisor. You’ll spend most of your time working directly with the client, analyzing syndicated data, developing insights, and delivering recommendations that support growth. Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in client insights, analytics, or market research.
  • Hands‑on experience working with syndicated data in a CPG environment, either on the supplier or client side.
  • Strong ability to translate data from tools such as Circana/IRI/NielsenIQ into clear, practical insights for senior stakeholders.
  • Proven client management skills with comfort operating as a trusted advisor to large, complex clients or portfolios.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with experience creating clear, executive‑ready storylines.
  • Experience with analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Comfort using modern analytics and AI‑enabled tools to support insight generation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • Hybrid role based in Plano, TX or Purchase, NY, with an expectation of working on‑site 1–3 days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Client Growth: Partner with a large, complex CPG client to support category and brand growth by identifying opportunities through data‑driven insights and a strong understanding of the business.
  • Deliver Insight‑Led Solutions: Translate complex syndicated data into clear, actionable insights that help clients make informed decisions and understand the drivers behind performance.
  • Collaborate Cross‑Functionally: Work closely with internal Client Insights, Analytics, and Product teams to deliver accurate, timely, and aligned insights that meet client needs.
  • Maintain Industry Expertise: Stay current on CPG, consumer, and retail trends to provide informed context and strengthen client recommendations.
  • Build Strategic Relationships: Develop and maintain strong working relationships with client stakeholders, operating as a trusted advisor who can confidently guide conversations and manage assertive partners.
  • Utilize Sales Tools and Platforms: Leverage Circana data platforms and analytic tools to support analysis, reporting, and client deliverables.
  • Champion Client Success: Ensure client satisfaction by delivering timely, relevant insights, proactively addressing questions, and consistently adding value to the relationship.
  • Support Innovation and Feedback: Share client and market feedback with internal teams to help improve tools, data, and ways of working.
  • Advanced Analytic Skills: Conceive, manage, and deliver fact‑based analyses using syndicated data, synthesizing findings into practical, executive‑ready insights.
