Design and implement scalable commercial processes—including lead management, funnel conversion, sales forecasting, and customer lifecycle optimization. Define KPIs and track business impact, including conversion rates, pipeline health, sales productivity, pricing outcomes, and marketing ROI. Accelerate adoption of digital and data-driven practices across OpCos, ensuring commercial teams use insights to drive daily decision-making. Stay current on emerging commercial technologies, sales operations best practices, and modern digital go-to-market models.
