About The Position

DBV is seeking an exceptional Senior Director of Consumer Marketing to lead the consumer launch for VIASKIN Peanut Patch. This role will be instrumental in shaping how patients and parents engage with our breakthrough therapy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of progressive marketing experience with at least 5 years in healthcare/pharmaceutical/biotech industries; experience in allergy/immunology, pediatrics, or rare disease therapeutic areas preferred
  • Proven track record launching and growing consumer pharmaceutical brands, preferably in specialty or emerging therapeutic areas
  • Demonstrated success in designing and executing breakthrough direct-to-consumer (DTC) campaigns delivered with omnichannel tactics
  • Demonstrated success designing and scaling patient support programs that drive frictionless customer experiences with a focus on journey optimization and barrier removal
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decision-making and program optimization
  • Exceptional leadership and team development capabilities
  • Strategic thinking with ability to translate business objectives into compelling marketing programs and support experiences
  • Obsessive focus on patient and family experience, with ability to identify and eliminate friction points throughout the treatment journey

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive consumer marketing strategies that drive awareness, adoption and long-term adherence to VIASKIN Peanut Patch treatment
  • Champion the patient voice in all marketing initiatives, ensuring authentic representation of the peanut allergy experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Medical Affairs, Legal, Regulatory, Sales, Patient Advocacy, and Market Access to ensure integrated go-to-market execution
  • Define success metrics and implement analytics frameworks to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize marketing investments
  • Lead development of consumer creative campaign and messaging architecture that resonate with patients, parents, and the broader allergy community
  • Design and oversee patient and family education resources that empower informed treatment decisions and reduce anxiety
  • Develop omnichannel campaign engagement strategies that meet patients and parents where they are (i.e., digital, social media, patient communities with parent influencers, and traditional media)
  • Manage agency relationships and external creative partners
  • Ensure all consumer marketing materials support brand strategy and comply with FDA regulations and industry guidelines for pharmaceutical promotion
  • Design, launch, and continuously optimize a comprehensive patient and family support program that delivers a frictionless brand experience
  • Create end-to-end patient journey maps that identify barriers and drivers to long-term treatment and brand satisfaction
  • Implement omnichannel support and communication infrastructure (phone, digital chat, mobile app, etc) that anticipates patient and family needs throughout the VIASKIN Peanut Patch treatment journey and provides timely, consistent, personalized assistance
  • Establish feedback mechanisms and continuous improvement processes to ensure the program evolves with patient needs
  • Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing consumer marketing team
  • Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and patient-centricity
  • Partner with senior leadership to inform commercial strategy and business planning
