THE OPPORTUNITY The Senior Director, eCommerce (e-commerce) will be responsible for driving the strategy and continued growth of Hint’s various e-commerce channels, inclusive of Amazon, retailer.com, and emerging channels. They will develop and execute a full-funnel strategy to both drive a positive brand experience and maximize revenue, always operating with an omni-channel mindset. This individual will optimize P&L performance, drive volume and revenue targets and manage various growth and retention levers to deliver outstanding results. They will collaborate closely with brand marketing, growth marketing, innovation, DTC (direct-to-consumer), customer service, supply chain, and cross-channel sales teams to align e-commerce initiatives to broader business and brand goals. This role reports directly to the SVP Sales with a small team of direct reports. Location: Hint is a remote-first company.
