Lifted is hiring a Senior Director of Enterprise Sales to lead and scale our contingent workforce enterprise sales motion while directly driving net-new revenue. This is a senior player/coach role. You will carry a personal quota, lead complex enterprise deals end-to-end, and build a repeatable engine for landing new logos. You are expected to lead from the front, closing business while defining how Lifted sells into large enterprise accounts. You will build and scale a high-performing enterprise sales team, turning early wins into a repeatable, scalable engine.
