About The Position

Supports the enterprise by leading the team responsible for the development and analytics of system-wide labor improvement strategies. Develops short- and long-term strategic goals and plans ensuring alignment with broader organization priorities. Utilizes metrics and organizational vision to lead and direct workforce optimization activities. Will ensure visibility to performance data and productivity information needed to manage labor strategy and expense in real time. Ensures all leaders have labor insights needed to support financial and workforce performance goals. Demonstrates the ability to quickly solve issues and provide accurate guidance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field
  • 8 years of experience, with five years in leadership, in a complex business environment, preferably a healthcare organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Solid understanding of business and operational finance, P&L, and margin management.
  • Proven track record of leading transformation and change management initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
  • Strong business acumen to align strategy with business goals.
  • Ability to foster relationships and influence within a matrixed organization.
  • Experience in healthcare or hospital management.
  • Familiarity with advanced analytics tools and techniques.
