Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with 2+ years in engineering management
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on mentoring and team development
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality software in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with modern tech stacks like Elixir, Rust, PostgreSQL, Typescript, and GCP

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of your team’s roadmap with predictable, high-quality outputs
• Collaborate with Product on planning and prioritization
• Remove blockers and provide clarity in ambiguous situations
• Ensure technical decisions balance speed, scalability, and maintainability
• Maintain high standards for quality and customer impact
