The SPLC is seeking a Senior Enterprise Program Manager who is passionate about social justice! The Senior Enterprise Program Manager leads complex, cross- functional programs that span multiple business units and align directly with organizational strategy. This role partners closely with the Executive Leadership Team (ET) and the Leadership Team (LT) to translate strategic priorities into coordinated programs, ensuring disciplined execution and maintaining momentum across the enterprise. The position requires exceptional business acumen, situational awareness, and relationship-building skills. Success depends on the ability to influence without authority, introduce and reinforce new processes with tact, hold leaders accountable constructively, and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, including the Board.
