About The Position

The Senior ERP Systems Analyst serves as the functional and technical lead for the organization’s ERP platform, with primary responsibility for Infor LN (LN CE) configuration, optimization, stability, and continuous improvement across manufacturing and operational business processes. This role is accountable for end-to-end ERP solution delivery, ensuring that workflows are standardized, scalable, and aligned with business priorities supporting rapid growth, speed to execution, and operational excellence. The Senior ERP Systems Analyst partners with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, and Project Execution teams to translate business needs into sustainable system solutions. The role owns the lifecycle of ERP enhancements (requirements, design, configuration, testing/UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support), drives governance and change control, and partners closely with Integration, Data/Analytics, and PLM teams to ensure ERP processes, interfaces, reporting, and master data work together as a cohesive enterprise system.

Requirements

  • Deep functional ERP expertise with strong preference for Infor LN (LN CE) experience in manufacturing and operations environments.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing workflows, inventory/warehousing, procurement, planning (MRP), and project-driven execution concepts.
  • Proven ability to lead process improvement initiatives, translate business needs into scalable functional designs, and drive adoption through training and documentation.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; able to diagnose complex cross-functional issues and implement durable solutions.
  • Strong experience with structured change control, testing/UAT leadership, and release readiness practices.
  • Working knowledge of integration concepts and the ability to partner effectively with integration teams (API/interface awareness, monitoring, exception handling).
  • Working knowledge of reporting/analytics concepts and data quality principles; able to partner with BI/data engineering teams.
  • Familiarity with role-based access and internal control concepts (least privilege, segregation of duties).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and lead cross-functional collaboration.
  • Practical AI competency: ability to use AI-enabled tools responsibly to improve productivity while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent practical experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • 7+ years of hands‑on ERP experience in a manufacturing, engineering, construction, or project‑driven environment, with progressive responsibility and ownership of ERP solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience leading end‑to‑end ERP initiatives, including requirements gathering, solution design, system configuration, testing/UAT, deployment, and post‑go‑live stabilization.
  • Proven ability to act as a functional lead and trusted advisor to business stakeholders, translating complex operational requirements into scalable, sustainable ERP solutions.
  • Experience supporting or partnering with integrations, reporting/analytics, and master data management, ensuring ERP data accuracy and process alignment across systems.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing and operational business processes, including production planning, inventory control, procurement, and project‑based execution.
  • Experience working in growth‑oriented or transformational environments, where standardization, governance, and scalability are critical.
  • Prior experience collaborating with external vendors, consultants, and system integrators, including managing deliverables and holding partners accountable to timelines and quality standards.
  • Familiarity with change management, governance, and release management practices within an ERP ecosystem.
  • Exposure to data, reporting, or analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI or similar) and an understanding of how ERP data supports enterprise reporting and decision‑making.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred training/certifications in one or more: Infor LN, ERP process design, manufacturing planning (MRP), IT service management, project delivery, process improvement, data/analytics fundamentals, or AI fundamentals for business/IT professionals.
  • Infor LN (LN CE) experience strongly preferred, including functional configuration, process design, and optimization across one or more core modules (e.g., Manufacturing, Inventory/Warehousing, Procurement, Planning/MRP, Project Execution, or Finance‑adjacent processes).
