About The Position

Our ideal candidate is a multifaceted experiential creative. You are a big thinker who understands what it takes to develop immersive, well executed event experiences from concept through production. As a Senior Event Designer, you look forward to working closely with multiple disciplines across the firm including our Strategy, Creative, Account, and Marketing teams. You are fluent in experiential design and comfortable engaging in strategic conversations about audience, narrative, and environment. You rise to the challenge of translating event strategy into powerful, cohesive, and meaningful spatial and experiential concepts. We are in search of an ideas driven designer, an experimenter, a problem solver, someone who thrives in crafting experiences that surprise, delight, and inspire. You enjoy exploring unexpected connections, challenging conventions, and pushing the boundaries of what an event can be. Studio culture is critical to us. You are a proactive self-starter, articulate, pragmatic, reliable, and deeply collaborative. Requirements

  • 4+ years of proven experience as a Senior Event Designer, Experiential Designer, or in a similar graphic design role
  • BFA in Graphic Design, Experiential Design, Environmental Design, or equivalent experience
  • Portfolio showcasing completed event, spatial, or experiential design projects for brand clients
  • Advanced skills in Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Figma)
  • Deep understanding of spatial design principles, environmental branding, typography, and visual hierarchy
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including strong verbal and written presentation abilities
  • Creative problem solving skills with the ability to connect big picture experience goals to detailed design execution
  • Understanding of fabrication processes, materials, production methods, and event industry workflows
  • Strong time management, workflow, and collaboration skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with event design platforms such as Vector works, SketchUp, Key Shot, or similar 3D tools (preferred but not required)
  • Nice to have skills: After Effects, InVision, XD, Midjourney, Google Suite

Responsibilities

  • Work in partnership with design, production, and project teams to understand and manage client needs
  • Contribute to experiential design projects from concept through delivery, including spatial layouts, scenic design, environmental branding, and visual storytelling
  • Produce outstanding experiential design solutions across multiple touchpoints—for live events, brand activations, conferences, installations, and hybrid experiences
  • Collaborate with vendors, fabricators, technical teams, and specialty partners to bring concepts to life
  • Interface effectively with clients for presentations, walkthroughs, and project management
  • Contribute to a lively office culture that encourages experimentation, creative growth, and curiosity
  • Stay up to date with industry developments in event technology, materials, design tools, and experiential trends
