We are seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to support a senior principal in a founder-led operating environment that functions more like a family office than a traditional corporation. This role requires exceptional polish, judgment, discretion, and comfort operating in a fast-moving, high-expectation setting. While the organization presents with a professional, corporate standard externally, it operates internally with the pace, ambiguity, and proximity typical of a family office or early-stage operating platform. This is a long-term role (4–5 year horizon) for someone who thrives in close partnership with leadership and is comfortable balancing structure with flexibility. This is a travel-intensive, availability-driven role. Candidates must be prepared for: Extended domestic and international travel, including assignments ranging from 1 week up to 60 consecutive days Periods of heightened availability during travel and active transaction cycles Variable work rhythms depending on geography and business cadence While travel is not constant, readiness to travel is a core condition of employment. During extended international assignments, responsiveness is expected, though work typically follows local business rhythms and includes natural breaks during the day. After prolonged travel periods, short recovery time is generally provided. When not traveling, the role is office-based in West Palm Beach, with an expected start time of 8:00 a.m. to prepare for the principal’s day. This role is approximately: 90% Executive Assistant responsibilities ~10% limited personal execution, used rarely and only to ensure continuity of operations This is not a Personal Assistant or lifestyle-management role.
