Check us out here: www.hidglobal.com and https://youtu.be/23km5H4K9Eo As our Senior Manager, Finance, you’ll support HID’s success by: Leading the Global Cost Accounting Team ensuring standardization and compliance with rules and policies Acting as business partner to the organization, and drive operational and financial goals through cross-functional collaboration Supporting product level cost analysis to assist with profitability trends and goals Owning the analytics and communication around direct material by business area Owning inventory analytics, financial reporting, and processes across HID Participating in processes, analysis, decisions and execution around the ERP transformation program design and implementation, including testing and validation Driving standardization of cost accounting processes across all entities and manufacturing sites Partnering with operations leaders on setting the strategic direction of the business in alignment with the company goals Partnering with the business areas to provide ongoing direct material, inventory and DPO analytics to drive decision making Coordinating and leading the annual plan / quarterly forecasts process for inventory, DPO and cost savings in alignment with operations and business areas Supporting month end closing, reporting & variance analytics for financial reviews Building transformative financial models to drive insightful analytics for the business Championing continuous improvement efforts to drive efficiency Implementing and enforcing business controls to minimize risk and ensure financial reporting accuracy Mentoring, guiding and developing team to position them for long term individual and organizational success Assisting external auditors with necessary information related to direct material, inventory, and costing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum of 10-12 years of accounting/finance experience, with 5-7 years specifically in cost accounting or manufacturing finance
  • Demonstrate the ability to work effectively as a member of a cross-functional team
  • Able to work in a Global environment
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with IFRS/GAAP
  • Demonstrated track record of team leadership, mentoring, and/or coaching
  • Experience with Oracle or similar ERP system
  • Experience with HFM or OneStream
  • Knowledge of data warehouse reporting and analysis tools
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. with advanced Excel skills required
