Healthie
21d$95,000 - $125,000

About The Position

We’re hiring a Senior Full Cycle Recruiter to join our high-impact Talent team and help scale Healthie’s world-class organization. As a Senior Recruiter, you’ll play a critical role in attracting and hiring top business & technical talent across functions such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Customer Support, Partnerships, and Operations—with occasional support for technical searches. You’ll own full-cycle recruiting from intake to close, partnering closely with hiring managers and department leaders to build diverse, high-performing teams that drive Healthie’s mission to power the future of digital healthcare delivery. You’ll be especially skilled at sourcing and relationship management: leveraging creative strategies, outbound campaigns, and networking to identify, engage, and convert exceptional talent in competitive markets. Your ability to balance speed, quality, and candidate experience will be essential to Healthie’s continued growth and success. In this role, you’ll manage the full-cycle recruiting process for a range of business roles—building strong, diverse talent pipelines, partnering closely with hiring managers to craft effective job descriptions and interview frameworks, and representing Healthie’s brand at in-person events. You’ll also occasionally support technical hiring to ensure seamless coverage across teams. Reporting to the Director of Talent, this role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and talent acquisition—and who’s passionate about building all-star teams that drive innovation in digital health. We're looking for a strong do'er, rolling up your sleeves to deliver top quality talent quickly and efficiently.

Requirements

  • Have 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting within high-growth B2B SaaS environments, with a strong focus on business roles such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Operations.
  • Bring experience partnering with senior business leaders to define hiring strategies, build interview processes, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences across multiple functions.
  • Are a strong sourcing and relationship-building expert, with a proven track record of identifying, engaging, and converting top business talent in competitive markets. You move quickly and efficiently while focusing on building relationships internally and extrernally.

Nice To Haves

  • Have experience recruiting in the healthcare or healthtech space, with an understanding of mission-driven teams and HIPAA-compliant environments.
  • Are comfortable supporting occasional technical hiring (Engineering, Product, or Data) and collaborating with those teams to ensure alignment on role requirements and candidate quality.
  • Operate with self-sufficiency and ownership, proactively driving results without waiting for direction.
  • Demonstrate grit, resilience, and resourcefulness when navigating ambiguity or shifting business priorities.
  • Communicate with clarity, empathy, and professionalism across all levels and departments.
  • Move quickly while maintaining attention to detail, and are energized by building structure and process within a fast-paced, scaling environment.
  • Are passionate about building diverse, high-performing teams that power healthcare innovation.
  • Live our core values: Respect. Reliability. Resilience.

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruitment for business & technical roles across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, Growth, Engineering, and Partnerships—occasionally supporting technical hires—to ensure a high-quality and efficient candidate experience.
  • Proactively source and engage top business talent through strategic outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and participation in in-person industry and hiring events.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and department leaders to deeply understand role requirements, team dynamics, and long-term hiring goals, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the process.
  • Build and maintain strong, sustainable talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs across Healthie’s business functions.
  • Represent Healthie at in-person recruiting events, career fairs, and networking opportunities to strengthen our employer brand and expand our reach.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with People Operations, Marketing, and Department Leads to continuously refine hiring strategies, processes, and candidate communications.
  • Track recruiting metrics and pipeline health to analyze funnel performance, share insights, and drive data-informed improvements.
  • Champion a best-in-class candidate experience while fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive hiring culture aligned with Healthie’s values of Respect, Reliability, and Resilience.
