Requirements

  • Proven experience managing Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising campaigns with measurable ROI results
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in digital marketing analytics tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar platforms
  • Experience with A/B testing, creative iteration, and data-driven campaign optimization
  • Familiarity with automation tools, AI-driven content creation, and scripts for scaling campaigns
  • Ability to conduct market, competitor, and customer research to support campaign strategy
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, fully remote environment

Responsibilities

  • Take end-to-end ownership of Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising campaigns, including strategy, execution, and performance optimization
  • Manage campaigns across multiple channels (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube) to guide users through the sales funnel and maximize ROI
  • Analyze performance data using platforms such as GA4, Looker Studio, and Power BI to identify scaling opportunities and improve campaign results
  • Generate and iterate creatives, landing pages, and video content with AI tools to continuously test and optimize campaigns
  • Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to inform testing, strategy, and scaling decisions
  • Share actionable insights with the team to support overall advertising strategy and cross-campaign learnings
  • Identify opportunities for automation using AI, scripts, and third-party tools to increase efficiency and performance
  • Stay up to date on platform updates, industry trends, and best practices to apply relevant changes to campaigns
