The Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic advisor to the Media team at Acquisition.com — partnering with senior leaders to ensure our people strategy supports team performance, organizational effectiveness, and continued growth. The Senior HRBP operates as a true business partner, developing a deep understanding of the Media team’s goals, challenges, and operating rhythms, and translating those insights into effective talent strategies, leadership support, and scalable people systems. In this role, you’ll work closely with leaders to strengthen team performance, coach and develop managers, navigate complex organizational dynamics, and ensure the team has the right structure, talent, and operating discipline to continue scaling. The ideal candidate brings strong business acumen, sound judgment, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution — helping build a high-performing organization grounded in clarity, accountability, and excellence.
