What You’ll Do As a Senior HR Coordinator, you’ll be a trusted resource for employees and leaders across PGE. You’ll provide first-tier HR support and guidance, ensuring smooth and effective HR operations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Typically five or more years in related field.
  • Working knowledge of employment laws related to area of discipline
  • Working knowledge of PGE's policies, procedures, collective bargaining agreements and benefit plans
  • Working skills in systems and programs used in functional area, including data retrieval
  • Intermediate customer focus skills
  • Working skills in analytical thinking
  • Intermediate skills in problem solving
  • Intermediate oral and written communication skills
  • Intermediate interpersonal skills
  • Working decision-making skills
  • Working organization and prioritization skills

Responsibilities

  • Processing Transactions - Processes employee transactions such as promotions, reorganizations and pay changes. Provides guidance and direction on processes and procedures. Researches and resolves nonroutine issues.
  • Process Documentation and Improvements - Documents processes and recommends process improvements. Collaborates with others to make process changes.
  • Customer Service - Responds to questions from management, HRBPs and employees on plans, policies and processes. Researches and resolves complex questions.
