Senior HR Coordinator (Bilingual) with experience with assisting and advising colleagues with inquiries regarding general Human Resources policies and programs. Supports the HR Supervisor with matters related to employment, compensation and benefits and colleague relations for both current and future colleagues. This position also involves daily time card reviews, attendance tracking, and coordinating benefits, including short-term disability, ADA, and FMLA, while also handling new hire onboarding on day one in collaboration with safety and quality teams
