As a key partner to the HR Leadership Team, you will work closely with Finance leaders and managers across NAVEX to support data requests, reporting requirements and compensation administration. Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work-related experience in Human Resources or Finance
- 3+ years of analyst experience; experience helping administer compensation programs a plus
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with Dayforce administration is strongly desired
- A passion for detail and analytics with a drive to go beyond the task at hand to provide stellar service

Responsibilities
- Leverage your advanced Excel skills to support, maintain and develop flawless people related reports
- Manage a wide variety of data tasks and reporting requirements, including some within tight timelines
- Analyze data for trends and patterns
- Serve as a key administrator for Dayforce: accurately process changes associated with our people and positions, and influence the advancement of user self-service through education and support
- Support the advancement of reporting dashboards
- Assist in the implementation and administration of our compensation programs, ensuring each job is accurately aligned with the right job level
- Support the compensation survey process to collect and analyze competitive salary information
- Assist in reviewing proposed salary adjustments for pay equity and process alignment
- Evaluate job descriptions for FLSA alignment
- Create and distribute job change worksheets to managers
