As the Senior HRIS Administrator, you will serve as the primary system owner, driving complex enhancements in HR workflows, data quality, automation, integrations, and user experience. You will work closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, and IT to elevate system performance, deliver actionable analytics, and support ongoing HRIS enhancements, testing, and implementation projects. This role is critical in accelerating our digital transformation and strengthening employee lifecycle processes across the organization.
