About The Position

We are hiring for an experienced Senior HRIS Administrator with advanced skills in HRIS configuration, data governance, reporting, system optimization, and cross‑functional workflow design. This Senior level role leads high impact modernization and operational excellence initiatives by ensuring our HR technology ecosystem is efficient, accurate, and scalable for organizational growth. As the Senior HRIS Administrator, you will serve as the primary system owner, driving complex enhancements in HR workflows, data quality, automation, integrations, and user experience. You will work closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, and IT to elevate system performance, deliver actionable analytics, and support ongoing HRIS enhancements, testing, and implementation projects. This role is critical in accelerating our digital transformation and strengthening employee lifecycle processes across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Senior administrator for the HRIS platform and advanced modules.
  • Configure, optimize, and maintain complex workflows, business rules, permissions, security roles, and automated processes.
  • Lead setup and governance for new job sites, job codes, compensation structures, benefit groups, and organizational hierarchies.
  • Oversee system releases, upgrades, regression testing, issue resolution, and vendor coordination.
  • Drive annual processes such as open enrollment, merit cycles, and year‑end configuration, including validation, auditing, and data imports.
  • Own the data governance framework, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all HR systems.
  • Conduct advanced audits to identify data anomalies and lead root‑cause resolution.
  • Partner with teams to improve data quality, streamline processes, and strengthen data standards.
  • Manage secure data integrations, imports/exports, and cross‑system reconciliation.
  • Ensure alignment with privacy, regulatory, and audit requirements.
  • Build, automate, and enhance dashboards and reporting suites for HR, leadership, and compliance needs.
  • Deliver complex ad‑hoc analysis to support workforce planning, strategic initiatives, and operational decision‑making.
  • Provide insights into key HR metrics such as headcount, turnover, compensation, talent trends, and workforce health.
  • Lead compliance reporting requirements, including EEO, VETS‑4212, ACA, and other regulatory deliverables.
  • Act as the subject‑matter expert for all HRIS functionality, workflows, and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot high‑complexity issues and provide solutions across HR, Payroll, Benefits, and operational teams.
  • Train HR users, managers, and department leaders on system capabilities and optimized processes.
  • Develop and maintain user guides, SOPs, process maps, training decks, and knowledge‑base materials.
  • Identify system and workflow inefficiencies and lead automation or redesign initiatives.
  • Collaborate across HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, and IT to standardize and elevate processes across the employee lifecycle.
  • Coordinate system enhancements, fixes, integration improvements, and module rollouts.
  • Lead or participate in future HRIS upgrades, digital transformation initiatives, and modernization projects.
