SMX is looking for comprehensive Human Resources (HR) support to develop an employee handbook that outlines the culture, policies, and procedures for personnel management. Our PEO AVN customer requires an experienced HR individual to collate many different policies, processes, or procedures into a concise, easily understood document for division chiefs, branch chiefs, and employees to reference when needed. The individual will provide an independent review of existing documentation, to include policies and procedures, and provide recommendations for improvement and consolidation into an employee handbook. This is a part-time position providing hybrid support to our client in Huntsville, AL.
