ABOUT THIS ROLE We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Program Manager to lead core HR operations and programs and process initiatives within Audible's People & Places (P&P) organization. This role blends program management fundamentals with HR programs and systems knowledge to drive critical work in a dynamic entertainment industry environment. You will own end-to-end program planning and execution for HR operations initiatives, collaborating with a variety of stakeholders including Audible P&P teams, and business leaders. The role requires wearing multiple hats with the ability to jump into both planned and unplanned projects or programs as business needs evolve. ABOUT YOU You have HR-specific program management experience and have both a passion for and a track record of driving process improvements, balancing competing priorities, and thinking creatively to solve complex problems with innovative ideas. You thrive in ambiguity and are comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment, bringing high judgment decision-making and data to build recommendations. Requirements

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage programs across a variety of initiatives and timelines
  • Drive continuous improvement and identify areas of opportunity for expanded services within people and HR Operations programs
  • Diagnose organizational challenges, see patterns of problems, and dive deep to recommend both immediate fixes and long-term programmatic solutions
  • Have a bias for action, excellent attention to detail, relentless commitment to follow-through, and remove roadblocks
  • Be able to multi-task and handle multiple projects simultaneously to drive timely results, prioritize effectively and facilitate action across multiple groups
  • Convey ideas and recommendations in a clear, compelling, and succinct way in written and verbal communications
  • Demonstrate talent for influencing without authority to drive stakeholders, teams, and resources toward delivery of cross-functional project goals and impactful results
  • Earn trust and maintain key relationships with HR partners to avoid duplication of efforts and drive global engagement on key initiatives
  • Look around corners on behalf of the customer to identify opportunities to build/communicate where there is not central guidance
  • Analyze data and understand key people metrics that drive decisions and measure the impact of the work we do
