ABOUT THIS ROLE We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Program Manager to lead core HR operations and programs and process initiatives within Audible's People & Places (P&P) organization. This role blends program management fundamentals with HR programs and systems knowledge to drive critical work in a dynamic entertainment industry environment. You will own end-to-end program planning and execution for HR operations initiatives, collaborating with a variety of stakeholders including Audible P&P teams, and business leaders. The role requires wearing multiple hats with the ability to jump into both planned and unplanned projects or programs as business needs evolve. ABOUT YOU You have HR-specific program management experience and have both a passion for and a track record of driving process improvements, balancing competing priorities, and thinking creatively to solve complex problems with innovative ideas.
