About The Position

This role is a pivotal leadership position responsible for overseeing end-to-end client implementations of advanced healthcare technology solutions. You will manage complex projects across multiple clients, ensuring seamless transitions, timely go-lives, and maximum value delivery. The role combines strategic planning, operational execution, and stakeholder management, serving as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and leadership. Success requires exceptional organizational skills, PBM expertise, and the ability to guide cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives. You will also mentor junior team members, foster a high-performance culture, and contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and client satisfaction. This position is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Pharmacy, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in PBM, healthcare, or managed care environments.
  • 2+ years of experience in implementation or project management roles.
  • Familiarity with PBM systems (e.g., RxIQ Enterprise, Medispan, or internal proprietary platforms).
  • Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent) preferred.
  • Proficiency with JIRA, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Leadership experience with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior staff.
  • Remote work capability with limited travel (typically quarterly or as needed).

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the full lifecycle of client implementations, from initiation to deployment, ensuring all deliverables and timelines are met.
  • Facilitate kickoff meetings, discovery sessions, and status updates with clients and internal teams to maintain alignment.
  • Serve as the primary client contact, building strong relationships, managing expectations, and resolving concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Account Management, and Operations to ensure smooth implementation processes.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks during projects, escalating issues as appropriate.
  • Prepare and deliver progress reports, dashboards, and executive-level presentations for clients and leadership.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to junior team members, reinforcing best practices and supporting professional development.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance implementation processes, PBM capabilities, and client outcomes.
