Our company is looking for an in-house Senior level Support Technician to manage and guide the support team and their efforts for our company and our affiliated partners. This person will guide the junior technicians efforts, install, maintain, troubleshoot and upgrade computer hardware, software, applications, personal computer networks, peripheral equipment; assess user training needs and train users in effective use of applications; troubleshoot and fix problems with the company’s custom applications. Candidates must be flexible and excited about working in a fast paced team environment; Communication and organizational skills will be key to success.
