About The Position

Chubb Group of Insurance Companies’ House Counsel Department is seeking an Attorney to litigate General Liability/Casualty matters as a member of Chubb’s House Counsel firm in locations of Tampa, FL, New York, NY and/or Los Angeles, CA. As a member of Chubb House Counsel, this attorney will be responsible for defending Chubb-insured individual and institutional clients in matters, involving premises liability, transportation/motor vehicle accidents, construction site accidents, elevator accidents, product liability, industrial accidents, municipal liability, contractual indemnity, presenting bodily injury, wrongful death, property damages, medical expenses and economic damages. Clients to be represented encompass individuals, large publicly traded corporations, privately held organizations, not for profit organizations, educational institutions, health industry institutions, cultural institutions, condominium/cooperative/homeowner association boards of directors, financial services institutions, real estate developers and managers, and technology companies.
