As the Sr. Manager, Brand Strategy, you will report to the Director, Market Strategy and lead the Government Federal Sales Segment go-to-market strategy. This role is responsible for developing and executing segment-specific sales offers that drive growth within Grainger’s Federal Government business by translating federal customer needs, acquisition trends, mission priorities, and broader market signals into differentiated, repeatable commercial offers. These offers will align Grainger’s products, services, solutions, and digital capabilities while equipping sales teams with clear programs and enablement resources that make it easier to prioritize customer needs, engage contacts, and drive incremental revenue.
