ROLE SUMMARY: This position, Senior Manager Order to Cash (OTC) will play a key role in stabilizing process improvements and driving operational efficiencies within the Anheuser-Busch Accounts Receivable (AR) team. This individual will lead the execution of AR priorities by ensuring timely payment collection, resolving outstanding issues, and strengthening financial processes across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 3+ years of accounting experience
  • Proven ability to analyze complex issues, document findings, and present recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize work, delegate effectively, and manage cross‑functional processes.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; strong skills across the MS Office Suite.
  • Experience with SAP or comparable ERP systems

  • CPA and/or MBA preferred

Responsibilities

  • Resolve escalations from customers, sales teams, and the collections team related to AR gaps for MCC/EPI (Vertical Operations) partners and third‑party wholesalers.
  • Troubleshoot AR processes to identify issues, resolve errors, and analyze root causes.
  • Apply a strong understanding of accounting processes and procedures to ensure accurate, efficient operations.
  • Evaluate system interfaces and cross-functional impacts to ensure KPIs are properly tracked, monitored, and escalated when necessary.
  • Interpret and enforce Accounts Receivable policies and standards.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external controls, including SOX, IFRS, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Leverage strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to investigate and resolve complex issues.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to support end‑to‑end AR performance and continuous improvement initiatives.
