About The Position

Position Summary... The Senior Growth Intelligence & Enablement Manager builds and scales partner performance intelligence by delivering standardized insights, AI‑driven recommendations, and enablement frameworks that empower Partner Growth Managers to drive measurable partner outcomes. This role operationalizes performance intelligence, enables insight‑led partner engagement, and establishes a clear, practical approach to measuring incremental impact and Joint Business Plan (JBP) benefit realization. This role is a core enabler of the PRISM (Partner Readiness, Intelligence, Scalability, and Measurement) operating model, ensuring partner intelligence is standardized, scalable, and directly tied to measurable outcomes. What you'll do... 1) Build scaled partner intelligence and insights Define and maintain partner readiness signals across adoption, performance, and engagement to support prioritization, next‑best‑action guidance, and Partner Growth Manager focus. Develop and maintain scalable dashboards, scorecards, and reporting that surface partner performance trends, growth opportunities, and drivers. Create repeatable “insight modules” (what changed, why it matters, what to do next) that Partner Growth Managers can use directly in partner conversations. Standardize KPI definitions, metric logic, and data interpretation, so the Partner Growth team has a single source of truth. 2) Enable JBP benefit realization for Partner Growth Build a JBP benefits tracking approach (dashboard + operating cadence) that ties partner actions to measurable outcomes. Support Partner Growth Managers with benefit narration and documentation (what was delivered, what impact was realized, what’s next). Partner cross‑functionally with Sales, Operations, Client Services, and Marketing to measure the incremental impact of broader JBP programs—including scaled webinars and trainings —and ensure consistent visibility into their business value. 3) Measure incremental impact of insights shared with partners Establish a practical incremental measurement methodology (baseline vs. post, target vs. actual, contribution/attribution approach, test-and-learn where feasible). Create visibility into “insight → action → outcome” so the team can quantify which insights drive measurable partner impact. Maintain an impact scorecard that tracks adoption of recommendations and resulting incremental performance. 4) Operate the Partner Growth performance rhythm Support recurring business rhythms (weekly/monthly performance reviews, QBRs, JBP check-ins) with clean reporting and clear performance narratives. Produce executive-ready readouts that highlight progress, risks, and opportunities across partners/segments. 5) Cross-functional collaboration Work closely with Partner Growth Managers, Sales Ops, Partner Center owners, and analytics/BI partners to ensure accuracy, usability, and scalability. Drive alignment and execution by owning outcomes and coordinating cross‑functional inputs.

  • Strong dashboarding/reporting experience (Tableau and advanced reporting workflows), KPI development, and metric governance, with working knowledge of Python for data analysis, automation, and scalable analytics solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and executive-ready storytelling skills, including experience partnering with cross-functional teams on media performance analysis, targeting strategies, advertiser-level insights, and relevant KPIs.
  • Ability to build scalable processes from scratch in an ambiguous environment, leveraging collaboration and version control tools (e.g., GitHub) to support SQL-based analysis and reporting.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting JBPs, QBRs, or partner business reviews with measurable value/benefits tracking.
  • Familiarity with incremental measurement concepts (baseline vs. post, attribution principles, test-and-learn).
