A Brief Overview The Senior Construction Manager is primarily responsible for advocating Stanford Health Care's interests by over-seeing construction, executed by a general contractor, during all phases of construction. Extensive knowledge of both new construction and renovation practices is required. The Senior Construction Manager oversees multiple projects at once and communicates directly with the management team. The Senior Construction Manager is responsible for ensuring completion of construction projects within budget, on schedule, meeting all program objectives and applicable regulations while providing leadership, coordination and support to Project and Construction Managers, and construction trades specific to a construction project.
