Join our team. #CloroxIsThePlace Your role at Clorox: The Senior Manager, Credit & Collections is a key leadership role within Global Business Services (GBS), accountable for end-to-end governance, performance management, and risk oversight of Credit and Collections operations delivered through a global operating model. The role leads onshore process governance and oversees an offshore Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) partner in Manila, ensuring consistent execution, strong internal controls, and delivery of cash flow, risk, and service outcomes aligned to enterprise objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 8+ years Credit, Collections, or OTC experience
• 5+ years people leadership
• SAP S/4HANA experience
• High Radius experience
• BPO governance experience

• GBS or Shared Services experience
• Global customer portfolio exposure
• Transformation or automation leadership
