About The Position

We are seeking a strategic, detail-oriented and results driven Senior Manager of Digital Delivery and Enablement to lead projects and process improvement initiatives across the Digital Portfolio. This role will be responsible for driving cross-functional initiative that accelerates digital transformation, enhances the operating model and standardizes and matures Product Management frameworks to ensure scalable, high-quality product delivery.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in process management, operations, or program delivery within a financial services or technology driven environment.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex, cross functional programs with diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Deep understanding of the digital product lifecycle, agile methodologies, and enablement practices.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Experience with process mapping, change management, and project management methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights and recommendations.
  • PMP, SAFe, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or similar process improvement certifications preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with digital banking, payments, or financial platforms.
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Excel, and Power BI.
  • Ability to influence without authority and drive change in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute large scale initiatives focused on continuously improving processes that enable and accelerate the digital product development lifecycle.
  • Partner with cross functional teams to develop, maintain, and communicate the Digital Product Roadmap.
  • Collaborate closely with program managers, product owners, technology teams, and business stakeholders to ensure process improvements align with strategic priorities.
  • Create and maintain clear process documentation, workflows, governance models, and operating standards.
  • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies across delivery pipelines; recommend and drive solutions that improve speed, quality, and predictability.
  • Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working.
  • Monitor process performance using metrics and dashboards; synthesize insights and report progress to leadership.
  • Support audits, compliance reviews, and risk assessments related to digital delivery processes.
  • Maintain strong portfolio data hygiene and governance to ensure accurate, actionable insights.
