Ability to operate and manage digital product development projects at all stages of the product development lifecycle.
Software change request management the ability to manage software product change requests from customers, prospective customers, vendors, and internal staff.
Digital product business knowledge: knowledge of and experience with the business aspects and operation of a software product; ability to manage install base, current uses, future plans, and product vision.
Proven experience leading global teams in a complex, matrixed environment.
A passion for building digital capabilities that transform how organizations operate.

Responsibilities

Lead Global Digital Product Strategy & Execution
Oversee a global team of Digital Product Owners and Regional Deployment Leads, ensuring alignment to product vision, business priorities, and enterprise outcomes.
Guide the development and deployment of Caterpillar’s Network Planning & Execution suite of digital products, enhancing end‑to‑end demand and supply alignment across the enterprise.
Build, refine, and execute the digital product roadmap—accelerating capability delivery while meeting cost, quality, and timeline commitments.
Lead a global digital product organization, including seven direct reports, providing coaching, performance management, and strategic direction.
Drive Product Performance & Continuous Improvement
Partner closely with operations to monitor product performance, adoption, and value creation.
Analyze user feedback, operational data, and business needs to prioritize enhancements, resolve issues, and shape new features.
Establish and maintain clear reporting on product quality, usage, and business impact.
Champion Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Work with business process owners, procurement, supply chain leadership, and other stakeholders to position, promote, and scale digital capabilities across the organization.
Coordinate with IT and external technology partners to deliver new releases and features on schedule and within budget.
Ensure seamless integration of digital tools into business processes, driving engagement and long‑term adoption.
