About The Position

RW Thrive is seeking a Senior Manager, Enterprise Applications to lead the strategy, optimization, and day-to-day management of our core enterprise systems and analytics platforms. This role ensures key business applications—including ERP, reporting, and data solutions—are scalable, integrated, and aligned with organizational priorities. Partnering closely with Finance, Operations, and Sales leadership, the Senior Manager will drive system improvements, strengthen reporting and data capabilities, and identify opportunities for automation and process efficiency. The ideal candidate combines hands-on enterprise systems expertise with strategic thinking and strong cross-functional collaboration to deliver reliable, data-driven solutions that support business growth and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and directly-related experience
  • 8+ years of progressive experience managing enterprise applications, ERP systems, and analytics platforms including hands-on NetSuite and enterprise reporting tools
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and system implementations
  • Experience managing vendors and third-party partners

Responsibilities

  • Leads the management and optimization of core enterprise systems, including NetSuite ERP, HubSpot, e-commerce platforms, Power BI, Azure Data Factory, and related data integration solutions
  • Develops and executes application roadmaps aligned with business priorities, focusing on scalability, efficiency, and system integration
  • Oversees NetSuite ERP functionality, enhancements, reporting, integrations, and process automation in partnership with Finance
  • Ensures systems support accurate financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and operational visibility
  • Leads enterprise analytics and reporting capabilities, including Power BI dashboards, data modeling, and Azure Data Factory pipelines
  • Establishes and maintains data quality standards, governance practices, and reporting consistency
  • Enables controlled self-service analytics to improve decision-making across departments
  • Partners with business stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize enhancements, and deliver solutions that drive measurable outcomes
  • Recommends process improvements and automation opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce manual work
  • Manages vendor relationships, system upgrades, integrations, and third-party support partners
  • Establishes structured processes for application intake, prioritization, release management, and documentation
  • Ensures systems are delivered securely, reliably, and in compliance with financial and operational controls
  • Leads and develops team members responsible for enterprise applications and analytics
  • Serves as an escalation point for complex system, reporting, or integration issues
