Position Summary: As a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Senior Manager, you will lead financial planning and analysis for the Specialty Rx volume team. In this role, you’ll oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and strategic financial support for business leaders. You’ll drive process improvements, support strategic planning, and manage direct reports.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial reporting and analysis
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex financial insights

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum of 2 years of formal or informal leadership experience, including leading projects, mentoring, or influencing teams.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business preferred; equivalent work experience may substitute.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Specialty leadership to align financial goals with strategy.
  • Own the full Rx volume budget & forecast
  • Prepare FP&A materials for senior leader reviews during planning cycles.
  • Drive initiatives and process improvements leveraging AI and other internal tools.
  • Report on weekly and monthly performance against budget/forecast.
  • Communicate insights, risks, and recommendations to leadership.
  • Foster a high‑performance, collaborative, and accountability‑driven culture
