This role is a field-based role, and can be based anywhere on the East side of the United States. This position leads, manages, and coaches a regional team of Local and Regional Gastroenterology Account Manager(GAM). Primary objectives include assessing business opportunities within assigned regional geography and prioritizing Gastro Infusion accounts (IDN Health Systems, Group Practices, hospital systems, infusion centers and clinic infusion) to deliver on access goals. The role requires an understanding of buy-and-bill market and infusion implications within target accounts. It also requires leadership to compliantly deliver objectives consistent with AbbVie policies, procedures, and guidelines.
