Job Summary The Global Benefits Leader is accountable for the global delivery of benefits service administration, operational excellence, and employee experience. The role partners closely with People Solutions to operationalize and optimize benefits programs, ensuring seamless execution, enrollment accuracy, compliance, and high‑quality service delivery. The Leader drives continuous improvement, automation, and digital enablement across global benefits operations while managing vendor relationships, risk, and governance.

Requirements

  • Degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • Proven years in benefits operations or HR shared services
  • Proven global benefits administration and vendor management experience
  • Strong compliance and audit background
  • Advanced data and analytics skills; experience with dashboards and performance reporting
  • Experience implementing automation solutions and familiarity with AI-driven tools for process optimisation
  • Strong operational leadership and team management with the ability to coach and build high-performing global teams
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Strong understanding of automation technologies, RPA tools, and emerging AI applications in HR operations
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and influence decisions
  • High integrity, resilience, adaptability, and focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Understand the connection between the team and business drivers to ensure delivery of lifecycle services are fit for purpose

Responsibilities

  • Own global benefits service delivery, ongoing administration, annual enrollment cycles, and execution of recognition and wellbeing programs
  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, compliance, and high levels of employee satisfaction
  • Drive automation, continuous improvement, and digital enablement — including use of robotics and AI to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and enhance accuracy and compliance
  • Ensure proper communication channels are available to update the team on knowledge management updates, policy changes and are equipped to support employee queries
  • Manage relationships with benefits providers and third‑party administrators
  • Monitor performance, support contract negotiations, and resolve escalations
  • Collaborate closely with People Solutions and regional teams to ensure successful global program delivery
  • Escalate non-compliance and related challenge and changes to the People Solutions and vendor stakeholders as needed
  • Ensure adherence to global regulatory requirements and internal controls for employee benefits
  • Support audits, prepare required reports, and monitor benefit plan quality controls.
  • Proactively monitor risks and escalate issues to maintain high governance standards
  • Responsible for ensuring related policies and articles are updated by the team and owners for use with the Lifecycle team and Employee self-service
  • Accountable for operational KPIs including SLA adherence, enrollment accuracy, vendor performance, employee satisfaction, and process efficiency.
  • Uses metrics to drive continuous improvement and ensure service excellence
  • Prepare presentations and insights for leadership that support decision‑making.
  • Accelerate digital transformation efforts across lifecycle and compensation processes, embedding automation and intelligent workflows through collaboration and support of the overarching digital and AI transformation strategy
  • Responsible for leading the team with accountability and empathy while driving global alignment and operational discipline
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, digital enablement, and customer centric service delivery
  • Build strong partnerships across People Experience, People Solutions, Finance, and other stakeholders
  • Act as the knowledge expert to equip the team with best practices and guidance
