Under the general direction of the Chief Financial Officer, the Senior Manager, Human Resources is responsible for proactively providing operational leadership for the organization’s human resources function. The Senior Manager oversees key HR areas including talent management, employee relations, performance management, benefits and compliance. This position also manages HR policies and programs, administers payroll, ensures adherence to employment laws and company policies, and executes on initiatives that promote a positive, inclusive, and growth-focused workplace.
