About The Position

The Senior Manager, Infrastructure and Operations will be responsible for ensuring the resiliency of our information systems and oversee the administration of our complex physical and cloud-based infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in implementing cutting-edge technologies and driving operational excellence, as well as experience managing infrastructure programs and teams. This individual will work with business leaders, managed services personnel and customers to create scalable and secure technology solutions across the enterprise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 10 or more years of experience in Technology, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • One or more security certifications such as ITIL, CCNA, MCSA, or AWS/Azure is required.
  • Advanced levels of understanding of technologies including information security, applications, infrastructure, networking, telephony, virtualization, storage, data protection, cloud and VDI solutions.
  • Experience with SaaS and Cloud Provider (AWS, Azure, GCP) infrastructure and management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technological concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • Experience managing and leading high-performing IT teams, including remote and cross-functional members
  • Knowledge of infrastructure automation techniques and technologies
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Highly organized and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team responsible for managing and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud environments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define IT strategies, roadmaps, and solutions aligned with business objectives
  • Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure security, availability, and performance of IT systems
  • Oversee the planning, design, implementation, and optimization of IT infrastructure projects and initiatives
  • Monitor and manage IT operational performance, including incident, problem, and change management processes
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and service delivery
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure optimal performance of outsourced IT services and solutions
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies, trends, and best practices to recommend innovative solutions to clients
  • Collaborate with sales and business development teams to provide technical expertise and support during client engagements
  • Represent the company in industry events and engage with stakeholders to promote the company's security capabilities
