Equinox is seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing — Ancillary Offerings to lead integrated marketing strategy for a portfolio of member offerings including Spa, Personal Training, Pilates, and Group Fitness. These offerings sit at the heart of the Equinox experience and represent significant opportunities to deepen member engagement while increasing revenue per member. This role will translate business priorities into integrated marketing strategies that drive awareness, adoption, and repeat engagement across the member lifecycle. The Senior Manager will partner closely with leaders across each ancillary business to bring these offerings to life through coordinated marketing across CRM, digital product surfaces, in-club environments, social, and experiential programming. This is a highly cross-functional role with significant visibility across the organization, working closely with Brand, Growth Marketing, CRM, Creative, Digital Product, and Field Operations to deliver cohesive member-facing marketing that reflects the premium Equinox brand. Success in this role will be measured by increased adoption of ancillary offerings, stronger member engagement, and growth in revenue per member.
