About The Position

Build a brilliant future with Hiscox Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics Reporting to: VP, Digital Performance Location: Atlanta, GA The Role: We’re looking for a Marketing Analytics Manager to join our high-growth, data-driven marketing team. In this role, you’ll lead digital marketing analytics and performance measurement across our acquisition and growth efforts. This role will serve as a strategic analytics partner to Marketing leadership, owning measurement frameworks, executive reporting, and insights that drive customer acquisition, conversion quality, and long-term value. You’ll bring your experience stitching together data from multiple platforms including site analytics, digital ad platforms, and BI reporting, to deliver business KPIs and performance insights. This role is ideal for an analytics leader who is both hands-on with data and comfortable presenting insights at the executive level, particularly within an insurance or financial services environment. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, with a strong emphasis on digital acquisition and performance measurement.
  • Demonstrated experience managing or mentoring analysts, including prioritization, coaching, and quality control.
  • Hands-on expertise with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), including event-based measurement, conversion design, and data validation.
  • Proven experience working with tag management platforms, preferably Google Tag Manager (GTM) or Tealium.
  • Strong working knowledge of digital media and measurement platforms, including: Google Ads Campaign Manager 360, Display & Video 360, Search Ads 360 Paid social platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and LinkedIn
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels including SEM, SEO, Paid Social, Programmatic Display/Video, and Affiliates, and how they work together across the funnel.
  • Experience integrating and analyzing multi-source datasets, including media data, web analytics, CRM data, and offline conversions.
  • Ability to design and deliver executive-level dashboards, reports, and readouts that clearly communicate insights, risks, and recommendations.
  • Strong grasp of attribution concepts and performance measurement in a privacy-first environment, including consent management, modeled conversions, and first‑party data strategies.
  • Proven ability to partner effectively with external agencies, holding them accountable for data accuracy, measurement standards, and actionable insights.
  • Exceptional quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into business decisions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex analytics to non-technical and executive audiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or analytical field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, economics, analytics) or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

  • Analytics Leadership & Strategy: Own the end-to-end marketing analytics and measurement strategy across paid media, owned digital experiences, and CRM data.
  • Define and evolve KPIs, dashboards, and performance frameworks aligned to business outcomes such as policy binds, premium, conversion quality, and customer lifetime value.
  • Translate complex data into clear, executive-level insights and recommendations to inform investment and optimization decisions.
  • Partner with Marketing, Finance, and Business stakeholders to develop and maintain forecasting models for quotes, binds, and revenue, translating marketing performance and funnel dynamics into accurate, actionable business forecasts.
  • Digital & Media Analytics: Lead analytics for digital acquisition channels, including Search, SEO, Paid Social, Programmatic Display/Video, Affiliates, and emerging discovery/search experiences (GEO/AEO).
  • Partner with media and SEO agencies to validate performance reporting, attribution approaches, and optimization insights.
  • Ensure consistent and accurate measurement across Google Ads, paid social, and programmatic platforms.
  • Platform Ownership & Measurement: Serve as the primary owner of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), including event design, conversion tracking, and data quality.
  • Oversee tag implementation and governance using Google Tag Manager (GTM) or Tealium.
  • Leverage Google marketing platforms including Campaign Manager 360, Display & Video 360, and Search Ads 360.
  • Support privacy-first measurement practices, including consent management, modeled conversions, and first-party data strategies.
  • Data, Attribution & Insights: Blend and analyze data across media platforms, web analytics, CRM, and offline conversion data to provide a full-funnel view of performance.
  • Evaluate and communicate the strengths and limitations of attribution models in a cookie-restricted, privacy-first environment.
  • Design and support testing and experimentation initiatives (A/B testing, incrementality testing, landing page optimization).
  • People & Partner Management: Manage and mentor a Marketing Analyst, providing coaching, prioritization, and development support.
  • Act as the primary analytics liaison for external agency partners, ensuring alignment on measurement standards, deliverables, and performance insights.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including Digital Marketing, Brand, Product, and Finance.
