The Senior Manager of Analytics – Sports is a key strategic leader responsible for shaping the analytical vision, direction, and impact of the sportsbook business. This role drives commercial performance through advanced analytics, predictive modeling, experimentation, and deep customer insights. Leading a team of 6–10 high-performing analysts, the Senior Manager partners with Sports Commercial, Trading, Product, Marketing, CRM, VIP, and Finance to identify opportunities, influence decision-making, and deliver transformative insights across acquisition, retention, pricing, promotions, and customer value. The successful candidate will elevate the organization’s analytical maturity — strengthening KPI frameworks, improving offer and pricing efficiency, and enabling evidence-based decision-making that drives meaningful NGR growth.
