As the Senior Manager of Recruitment Marketing & Employer Brand (RMEB), you will drive a multi-channel and candidate-driven approach to talent attraction. Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, you will use your marketing, project management, analytics, and leadership skills to drive our talent attraction strategy, including employment brand and recruitment marketing for continuous improvement. You will fearlessly and respectfully lead a team of creative recruitment marketing professionals and develop, deploy, measure, and optimize integrated marketing plans that have direct KPIs and swift business impact. In this role, you are accountable for the architecture of our national recruitment marketing strategy, ensuring vendor performance, delivering high-level executive reporting, and maintaining ROI-focused budget management. Your marketing approach is clear, and you will help educate and align with business, recruiting, and operations partners to build an understanding of employment brand and recruitment marketing strategies. Your business acumen experience will allow you to predict obstacles and establish meetings or integration points between teams to maximize available TA technology and budget to improve costs, quality, and speed. At the strategic level, you will use available data to drive marketing strategies to ensure optimized return on investment. You will be responsible for empowering the recruiting teams with impactful and creative marketing tactics to provide the best candidate experience. At an operational level, you will manage and mentor a team of creative talent attraction professionals designing compelling online strategies and campaigns that attract, engage, and retain qualified candidates who align with DaVita's goals. At a tactical level, you have a driven approach to decision-making and will analyze DaVita's current candidate journey and analyze data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
