The Senior Manager, Omnichannel Strategy and Execution is designed to accelerate Hormel Foods’ digital commerce performance by leading the strategy, activation, and optimization of our ecommerce business across Kroger and Albertsons. This role is responsible for driving online sales growth, elevating digital shelf presence, and strengthening the connection between digital and in‑store experiences within two of the nation’s largest grocery retailers. This leader will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, analytics, and Kroger/Albertsons digital commerce teams to deliver data‑driven strategies that enhance customer engagement and fuel revenue. The position requires a blend of strategic vision and hands‑on execution, with deep expertise in digital merchandising, retail media, and omnichannel activation. Familiarity with Kroger Precision Marketing (KPM), Albertsons Media Collective, and retailer‑specific ecommerce platforms is essential. This position will report to the Associate Vice President of Sales for Kroger/Albertsons.
