About The Position

As a Senior Manager of Product Marketing at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in driving product marketing strategies that enhance customer engagement and support business growth. You will be responsible not only for developing and executing innovative marketing initiatives, but also for distilling complex products, technologies, and capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions that resonate with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. In this role, you will influence the company’s market positioning and revenue growth by shaping product narratives that connect technical differentiation to real customer and business outcomes. Your ability to synthesize market trends, customer insights, and product capabilities into cohesive stories will be critical in guiding product direction, informing go-to-market strategies, and ensuring alignment across marketing campaigns, launches, and broader business objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in product marketing or related roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop clear, compelling product narratives that translate complex technologies into concise stories
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in product marketing tools and methodologies.
  • Experience in managing product launches and marketing campaigns.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively convey ideas
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
  • Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive product marketing strategies to drive market share and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, engineering and customer support, to ensure alignment on product positioning and messaging.
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new offerings.
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data driven recommendations for optimization
  • Manage customer segmentation and develop personalized marketing communications
