About The Position

The Senior Manager, Revenue will lead and optimize global revenue operations, overseeing revenue accounting, billing, and accounts receivable processes. This role drives accurate revenue recognition in compliance with ASC 606 while partnering with cross-functional teams including FP&A, Sales Operations, Customer Success, and Legal. You will manage a global team, enhance automation and process efficiency, and ensure scalable growth through disciplined execution. The role requires strategic leadership, strong analytical skills, and a focus on improving customer experience while maintaining financial integrity. Ideal candidates thrive in fast-paced environments and are adept at leading teams, managing complex processes, and driving system and process improvements across the quote-to-cash lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 6+ years of accounting experience, including at least 2 years in public accounting
  • 3+ years of experience in revenue operations or equivalent function within a software or SaaS environment
  • 3+ years of experience managing or supervising junior team members
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, particularly ASC 606, and internal controls
  • Expertise in quote-to-cash processes, billing, revenue recognition, and financial reporting
  • Proficiency with systems such as Workday, Salesforce, RightRev, and advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • CPA certification and experience leading system implementations or process improvement initiatives preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a global revenue operations and accounts receivable team, providing coaching and clear performance direction
  • Oversee the complete revenue lifecycle, including deal structuring, contract review, billing, and revenue recognition under ASC 606
  • Partner with FP&A to improve revenue forecasting and key metrics such as ARR, ACV, and DSO
  • Implement process improvement and automation initiatives across CRM, billing, and ERP systems
  • Serve as the primary contact for external auditors on revenue and accounts receivable matters
  • Monitor accounts receivable aging, manage global cash inflows, and resolve billing disputes to enhance working capital and customer satisfaction
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives such as system implementations, product launch readiness, and quote-to-cash transformation
