The Senior Manager of Social strategy is responsible for shaping and managing audience growth and engagement (paid and organic strategies) across social platforms. This role will be pivotal in informing how we engage audiences, drive content discovery, content engagement, and long-term brand relevancy across social platforms. This role combines strategic and analytical skillsets to deepen our understanding and testing roadmap for our present and future social state. The Senior Manager will serve as an individual contributor to build a best-in-class testing engine for social audience growth – managing multiple stakeholders and cross-functional priorities across marketing, social and the newsroom. Success requires a performance mindset, strong leadership, and the ability to influence all levels of the organization.
