The Senior Supply Chain Manager is a key member of the Site Management team charged with responsibility for all activities from customer order to on time production scheduling, purchasing, inventory control, shipping and receiving as well as customer service. Responsibilities General Management (50%) Ensures a robust supply chain process exists from customer receipt through to order delivery Management of and oversight for all employees engaged in Order Scheduling, Master Production planning, Purchasing, Production, Warehouse, Inventory Management and Distribution Ensures that all the activates operate in an efficient manner while ensuring the site meets its customer obligations in a timely, quality orientated and professional manner Provide direction in regard to performance Continuous Improvement (25%) Partners with corporate functions to ensure that our production processes and systems are aligned to maximize the capability and impact or our ERP system Implements a lean methodology through the supply chain process and embeds a continuous improvement culture across the team VSM Systems (25%) Drives cost effectiveness in all aspects of the supply chain process Establishes an effective inventory management system Creates an efficient and appropriate planning, scheduling and delivery process Create and maintain value stream and manufacturing metrics to drive improvements Develop and maintain high performance manufacturing teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field
• CPIM Certification
• Highly competent in production management techniques
• Broad based knowledge of the whole supply chain process with related appreciation for ERP systems
• Demonstrated experience in managing a large and diverse team with associated positive impact on employee engagement
• 7+ years of leadership experience
• Minimum of 10 + years of Supply Chain, Value Stream or Production experience
• An appreciation of product costing and an ability to drive cot out of the process through the implementation of Lean methodologies
• A self-starter that applies their own initiative in most situations
• A strong team player who can demonstrate a calm and influential presence to his/her team and to other departments
• Must be capable of strong participation at site management team meetings
