Impact You’ll Make Lead the development and execution of enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategies that support Client Services & Operations and align with long-term organizational goals. Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, influencing workforce planning, talent market strategy, and hiring priorities. Drive operational excellence across the full recruitment lifecycle, establishing scalable processes, performance metrics, and best-in-class recruiting standards. Build, develop, and mentor a high-performing recruiting team, fostering accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Champion innovative sourcing methodologies and emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools, to enhance talent acquisition effectiveness and efficiency. Leverage recruitment analytics, competitive intelligence, and market insights to inform executive decision-making and optimize hiring outcomes. Partner with Operational Groups to drive employer branding and talent marketing initiatives to strengthen market positioning and enhance candidate attraction strategies.
