Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 6 months of relevant recruiting or human resources experience
  • Basic written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruitment
  • Coordinate, maintain, and facilitate all phases of the recruitment process
  • Maintain accurate candidate data within the company ATS (Workday)
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job postings
  • Partnering with TA COE and coordinate efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and organizational needs to meet hiring targets
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies
  • Actively source talent to ensure a strong and diverse candidate pool
  • Facilitate job posting and advertisement processes
  • Screen candidates to ensure basic technical qualifications are met before sharing candidates with hiring managers
  • Assist in facilitation of the interview and debrief process
  • Aligning candidate with available role/comp
  • Collaborate with the candidate to align on offer details (Pay, Start Date, etc.)
  • Collaborate with the hiring manager and human resources to align on offer details (Pay, Start Date, etc.)
  • Support career fairs, and hiring events
  • Ambassador of the Generac brand
