What is the opportunity? Responsible for providing leadership and oversight to a diverse operations team supporting employee onboarding and talent lifecycle processes. Provides direction on identifying process and efficiency improvements, resolving employee data inconsistencies, and maintaining accurate records. Accountable for meeting departmental goals, service level agreements, and operational objectives while supporting change initiatives and mitigating operational and compliance risks. Works to enhance the employee experience while ensuring alignment with HR Operations policies, regulatory requirements, and business objectives. What will you do? Lead and oversee onboarding operations, ensuring timely and accurate completion of pre-hire and new hire processes in alignment with established service level agreements. Manage and develop a team responsible for onboarding execution, providing guidance, performance management, and operational oversight. Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies within onboarding workflows through collaboration with Talent Cycle, Digital Solutions, and cross-functional partners. Ensure adherence to organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards while maintaining data accuracy and audit readiness. Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and other stakeholders to support a consistent and positive onboarding experience aligned with HR and business objectives. Time Allocation: 25% Team Leadership & Talent Management; 25% Operational Oversight; 20% Process Improvement & Strategic initiatives; 15% Stakeholder Partnership & Cross functional Collaboration; 15% Compliance, Reporting & Governance. What is needed for success? 5+ years of previous HR or Operations experience. 5+ years policy interpretation and/or case adjudication. 3-5 years of people management/leadership experience. The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $90,000 - $160,000 depending on class year and factors including but not limited to the candidate’s experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs. This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
